Aviva chooses mplSystems' technology

mplSystems, the technology division of Message Pad, the Warwick based contact centre company, is delighted to announce that it has recently been awarded the contract to provide Aviva with technology to help improve services to their partners and customers. The contract was awarded at the end of February 2007 and Aviva started using the intelligentContact™ technology in July 2007.

Aviva is one of the UK’s largest providers of life and protection products. In its drive to improve both the customer and the advisor experience, the company has undertaken a strategic review of its communication channels for protection products and chosen mplSystems’ intelligentContact as a key component in the next phase of development.
