Staples Office Superstore Chooses
mplSystems technology

mplSystems, the contact centre technology specialists, are delighted to announce that they have recently been awarded the contract to provide Staples Office Superstore with contact centre technology. Staples will use mplSystems’ intelligentContact™ (iContact) platform for email and voice handling, supported by the ‘People on Demand’ outsourced service which has been designed specifically to help clients manage peaks in call traffic.
