mplSystems announces collaboration with Anodas Software (Zylog) 22nd September 2009 mplSystems, the contact centre technology specialists, announced at Call Centre Expo 2009 the launch of intelligent Phoenix™, a new generation insurance software contact centre solution designed to give insurance professionals an intuitive, time- and cost-saving alternative to the traditionally complex task of working with the many differing middleware and applications used in the insurance sector.
