intelligentDesktopintelligentDesktop™ (iDesktop™) is a powerful web tool which creates and manages custom applications at the desktop. iDesktop can be used as stand-alone facility or from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to guide the contact centre advisor through a step by step dialogue. Applications can be created through a drag and drop interface, without the need for programming knowledge, and published selectively to groups of users using full version control. The iDesktop administration system makes it easy to build applications specific to the business requirement. This is done by creating a high level page flow to support the business process and then dragging controls from the standard library. In this way web mash-ups can be constructed within days, tested and then deployed to the user community via the internet. This makes it easy to build and support applications in distributed environments. All changes are tracked through a formal change control process providing speed and accuracy.
