intelligentIntegrator intelligentIntegrator™ (iIntegrator™) is a simple yet robust way of integrating with external systems. An event generated on-screen by the advisor, or automatically via iWorkflow, can trigger the creation and delivery of an integration object. These objects are created by rules that are defined within the iIntegrator module. The instances of integration objects can be created in multiple formats and delivered using different mechanisms, for example CSV via FTP or XML over HTTP. Each transaction can be sent immediately or batched up and sent at timed intervals or a particular time of day when the target system is available. Error checking and “re-sends” can be configured within minutes with manual escalation rules if required.
