Business Applications At mplSystem we specialise in business applications that are designed to meet the precise needs of our customers. In the contact centre environment this means producing simple web based applications that bring all the data sources together into a single desktop. This dramatically reduces the average handing time as advisors do not have to navigate between multiple screens during transactions. Our unique iDesktop builder can be used to construct desktop applications and scripting using simple drag and drop operations. Once constructed these applications can be published to the contact centre and version controlled. This provide a very flexible way of managing the single desktop without long development projects enabling the contact centre to be more responsive to the needs of the business and the customer.
Our in house customer analysis team (CAT) will work with your business to indentify lean processes that efficiently navigate the advisor through the key information screens. Once the process flows have been mapped the applications can be built within hours. Our integration technology can be incorporated to get key data from core systems only when needed.
