Multimedia Contact Centre

mplSystems provides a complete and integrated solution for state of the art contact centres called intelligentContact™.

intelligentContact™ (iContact™) combines rich multi-media contact handling and an enterprise class suite of customisable applications.   With none of the integration headaches of traditional solutions, the pre-built application components have been designed with the knowledge derived from over a decade’s experience of call handling.    

For the first time, high power multi-media CRM solutions are now affordable and practical and are directly focused on improving your customers’ experience.   Incorporating all the ingredients of traditional contact centre solutions e.g. ACD, CTI, IVR, scripting package, database, messaging, workflow, scheduling, reporting and business application, a one-stop-shop iContact solution will be cost effective from 4 to 4000 seats.

iContact™ can be delivered in three ways depending on your particular needs:-

  • OnDemand - fully hosted multi-tenant platform
  • OnNet - fully hosted single-tenant platform
  • OnPremise - delivered on the customer's premises (multi-tenant or single-tenant)

OnDemand

onDemand gives you access to our multi-tenant platform and is charged on a per agent, per month basis. In this model there is no requirement for local equipment. All servers and software are supplied and managed by mplSystems. onDemand solutions also provide access to people on demand ensuring you can cope out-of-hours or with unusually high demand. With no up-front capital investment this is a sure way to get up and running quickly.

OnNet

onNet is provided in the same way as onDemand, however mplSystems installs a dedicated server platform for your business. This provides maximum agility as your unique platform can be secured, developed and maintained for your specific needs. Charged on a per agent per month basis, this solution also minimises up-front investment and eases cash flow.

OnPremise

onPremise is a solution that can run on your premises or in your data centres. Following your own security policy, this approach is well suited for localised operations where telephone switch, or direct back-end system integration may be necessary. This is a capital purchase where you own the technology and pay a small maintenance fee. This allows us to remotely support your solution providing help and technical expertise where required.
